Search For Homes; We Will Help You

The home buying process usually lasts 18 months.  For the first 15 months, buyers think about their purchase, analyze their finances and explore neighborhoods.  Often, they wish to remain anonymous.  If you don't want to talk to an agent, you can search for homes on your own the way real estate agents do, using the same database.   Most search mechanisms require registration.  Ours doesn't.  We respect your privacy.  For the last 3 months of the average buying cycle, most buyers begin using a real estate agent.  If you are ready to buy, you're on the right page.

Using this form, we will search the real estate agent database for you.  Please give us as much information as possible.  If you will only consider homes in a certain school district, a certain radius from your workplace, or absolutely will not look at a home that doesn't have RV parking, we need to know.  (Remember, there is a difference between a Wish List and absolute necessities.  Everyone would like an attached 3 car garage on a half acre downtown view lot  thrown in for free, but you might miss some great values if you filtered out houses that didn't have those things.   :-)

We look forward to working with you.

Paul, Cathy and the rest of the Team.
