Emotional Support Through Your Transaction

Real estate agents almost always have had other careers.  That life experience helps them to identify with clients, understand construction, or give advice regarding the financial aspects of purchasing a home.  For example, Paul was a mortgage broker before becoming a full time real estate agent and understands the importance of obtaining the best financing for each buyer's needs.  He can also advise sellers on the qualifications of a buyer making an offer, and know if the deal should close.

Buying or selling a home is very stressful.  It's usually the biggest transaction people make, and many don't know much about the process.  Paul is an experienced agent and understands the process thoroughly.  He is happy to explain the many stages of a transaction, and provide advice for all the decisions required as negotiations take place.  This knowledge, plus the empathy gained from being a buyer himself on many occasions, helps him provide the emotional support you need.  When hundred's of thousands of dollars are changing hands, it's nice to have someone who will listen to your concerns and be on your side.
