City of Bothell, Washington

With easy commutes, tall trees, central location and rich history, Bothell has become an affordable alternative to upscale communities like Kirkland and Bellevue just a couple miles South.  Like much of the Seattle area, Bothell's charm is it's mixture of old and new.  Thrasher's Corner is a charming collection of artistic shops and restaurants which evokes a feeling of the area's farm history.  (Sit in one of the restaurants and you'll watch the chickens and rabbits casually going about their business.)  Just a couple miles away is the fast paced Canyon Park area, a mixture of shopping and business parks catering to high tech companies.

Bothell real estate is conveniently located between the two major highways in the Seattle area.  (Interstates 5 and 405.)  It is connected to the cultural centers in Kirkland, Bellevue, Seattle and Everett, but has it's own unique charm.  Bothell is home to a University of Washington campus, as well as Cascadia Community College.  With a population of 30,900 and rapidly growing, Bothell is an ideal bedroom community to invest in.

For more information, Bothell has an outstanding website at http://www.ci.bothell.wa.us/.
