Listings are a little different.  Keys get lost.  Flyers run out.  Signs get knocked over.  When we make a commitment to sell a home, we have to know we can provide the highest level of service.  We have to be able to respond to emergencies and get to your home quickly.  Our offices are in Kirkland.  For that reason, we generally stay on Seattle's Eastside; Renton, Newcastle, Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Bothell, Kenmore, Woodinville and Mill Creek.
