About Us

Paul Waidelich began his real estate career in mortgage.  He understands the financing side of real estate transactions, and has many contacts in that industry.  Most people are unaware that the biggest single reason for the failure of a real estate deal is the inability to acquire financing.  Paul has never lost a deal due to financing, largely due to his experience.  Most clients still use Paul to explain confusing or troubling parts of the mortgage transaction, or rely on his referrals to a qualified mortgage broker.  Before Paul moved into the real estate industry he owned a web design firm, Seattle Web Wizards.  This design and marketing experience has helped him understand how clients need to market their own homes.  Paul also has a great understanding of real estate law.  He holds an Associate Broker's license in the State of Washington.  While he does not give legal advice, his meticulous attention to detail helps him guide his clients.
